Pilates has always been my favourite sport, and I try to attend a class at least once a week.
I recommend Pilates for men who regularly run or do weight lifting in addition to their main activity.
A good Pilates session depends a lot about the instructor and Ioana is one of the best I know. She focuses on the technics and takes the time to explain the right way of preforming the exercises. After a class with her, I always feel that my core muscles are stronger and a couple of millimetres taller.
